HANDSUP
HANDSUP is a physics-based co-op climbing game for 1–4 players. You and your friends start at the bottom of a giant megastructure, and the only way out is up.
Every ring you put on your finger is a different power. Slap your friends, grab and carry them, launch them with wind, dash, double jump, climb walls or rewind time. How you use them is up to you. Just don't let go.
Features
HANDSUP · 1–4PAbilities
Every finger, a different power
Rings are your abilities. Find them on the way up, put them on your fingers and build your own setup. Some help you climb. Some are for the friend standing in your way.
Movement
Climb together. Fall together.
Physics-based parkour through a megastructure: ledges, shafts, swinging platforms and a very long way down. Pull each other up, or watch someone fall and laugh.
Expression
Say it with your hands
A big library of hand animations and emotes on a 4-slot wheel. Point out danger, give a thumbs up, or taunt a friend on the way down. Style matters as much as survival.

The Megastructure
It goes up a long way. So does the fall.
03Studio
A one-person studio making co-op games.
Gibitek Interactive is an independent studio from Türkiye, and right now it's just me. I make games you play with friends. The best moment in them isn't solving the puzzle; it's the second before, when two people get the same idea at the same time and nobody has to say it.
A one-person studio can only chase one game at a time. Right now that's HANDSUP, in development for PC on Steam.
··How I work
-
Co-op from day one
HANDSUP started as two circles I couldn't get to sync online. Everything else was built on top of them, so multiplayer was never an add-on.
-
Hands first
The game is called HANDSUP, so the hands have to feel right. I act out the hand animations myself in VR.
-
Built in the open
I share the work as it happens, bugs included. Especially the bugs.
The Hands
You're not the only hands in here.
04About me
Serhat, founder and sole developer of Gibitek Interactive.
I started writing software at thirteen, in middle school. Nobody taught me; whatever I know came from trying things, breaking them and building them again. HANDSUP is the first of the games I've been lining up to make ever since.
As a kid I played games like Portal with my friends. What got me was never the puzzle itself. It was the moment we both understood the same thing at once, and neither of us had to say it. I'm still trying to make that moment happen.
At university I led team projects, then turned that work into something of my own. I spent years as a VR developer, and a lot of the hand and movement work in HANDSUP comes from habits I picked up there.
An award from Google gave me the nerve to step into the games industry for real. I've spent the last year and a half on a single game, and I'm not done.
On HANDSUP I do everything: design, code, art direction, audio and levels. It's built in Unity with C#, using HDRP for rendering and Netcode for GameObjects with Steam networking for online co-op.
